「Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. Room was super clean cozy and lovely. My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food.」

「Everything was wonderful!
The property was modern, quiet and clean. The ac was cold and the garden lush and well maintained.
We enjoyed the pools, breakfast and helpful staff. We left something in the room and the staff kindly brought it to us at the harbor so we didn't miss our ferry.」

「Best spot to relax and chill. We booked 2 bedrooms. The pool was great facing to the beach, love the cocktails walking distance to any spas or restairant such as Bali Eco Deli, Pondok Baruna, Mickeys sports bar. Away from the clubs and noises. Friendly staff and quick to respond when any maintenance need to be done. We will definitely book again. Thanks Scooby Crew. It has been an amazing stay.」

「First: We didn't stay at the Royal Cottage, instead we were moved to: The Royal Retreat Villas. So this feedback may be a bit misleading for this hotel!
We were supposed to stay at a Royal Cottage where there was no staff to check us in when we arrived. We waited for about an hour before they arrived and told us we would be staying at their other location (Royal Retreat Villas) - (during that time, we had tried contacting them both via WhatsApp and through Hotels.com). 「Great pool, lovely staff and great breakfast. Room was comfortable (we had a bungalow), although our bed sagged a bit in the middle. Otherwise very clean and nice! 」

「The staff were really nice. They serve breakfast from 7.30am. However, we needed to leave at 7am as we booked a morning diving course. They were willing to prepare a takeaway breakfast for us at 7am which is earlier than the official hours.」
