「House was moldy smelly old and therefore did not appear clean. Cleanliness ok but general condition of home not good. Dehumidifier would be nice and fresh coat of paint throughout would upgrade this property. Basement bedroom would not even use at all due to mold . Closet doors would cover a lot of issues in basement」

「This townhouse was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable — it felt like a home away from home. The kitchen and amenities were well-stocked, so we didn’t have to run out for anything. Tucked away in a quiet location, it gave us the perfect peaceful retreat. Highly recommend!」

「What a great place to stay. We can’t say enough good things about Dawn or the home. It was as advertised, extremely clean, and exceptionally well prepared. Dawn was very helpful, gracious, and quick to respond! The toys and books in the kids room were a huge hit with my children, the outside activities were thoughtful and great as well. We enjoyed utilizing the waffle station every morning. This will definitely be the first place we look for any time we need a place to stay in State College....
