This is a really wonderful hotel. The check in process was simple and the staff were really nice and friendly. The place was very well appointed. It is an old building that has been converted but the old charm and beauty remains The best part is that it is nestled in natural beauty with birds and animals. The owners Rebeca and her husband were really nice and met n talked to all the guest Would highly recommend

A estadia foi muito boa. Eu e meu marido amamos o hotel :) Acho que alguns pontos que poderiam melhorar: - O quarto achei bem diferente da foto anunciada, então só estranhei um pouco logo de cara - A TV achei bem ruim :( tive bastante dificuldade de assistir algumas coisas na TV tanto no sinal aberto quanto pelos aplicativos nela. - A internet oscilava demais.. no nosso celular o sinal estava bem ruim em alguns momentos - no café da manhã, teve um dia que eu e meu marido resolvemos dormir um pouco mais e tomar café lá pelas 9h, e já não tinha quase nada e o que tinha estava bem gelado .. esse dia ficamos bem chateados e nos outros fomos bem cedinho umas 7h30 e estava tudo ok. São alguns pontos que eu acredito que poderiam melhorar, já que o valor da diária é bem salgadinho. Mas a experiência no geral foi bem boa. Comida do restaurante muito gostosa, atendimento dos funcionários tbm muito bom. A piscina é incrível. Agradecemos demais por tudo :)

Poderia ter sido melhor

A área do hotel é espetacular, principalmente a area da piscina, muito bonita. O restaurante é bom. Agora achei algumas areas do hotel mal cuidadas, muito sujas e com aspecto de abandonadas. O portão da garagem estava com problemas e levamos um tempo até que alguém aparecesse para nos orientar. A recepção deixou a desejar, tinham áreas interditadas e sem sinalização adequada e nenhum funcionário para auxiliar a subir com as malas. Ao seja, a experiência de chegada não foi das melhores. Além disso, a área da piscina ficava muito tempo descoberta sem um funcionário para prestar atendimento, por vezes tínhamos que ir até a recepção chamar. Tirando esses contratempos que poderiam ter sido evitados

Lindo hotel

Excelente localização. Hotel muito bonito com funcionários muito simpáticos, agradáveis e atenciosos. Sauna, hidromassagem e piscina limpos e agradáveis. Roupas de cama e banho muito boas, limpas e cheirosas. Chuveiros excelentes. Quarto amplo com delicioso jardim privativo. Pontos negativos: o ar condicionado do quarto que fiquei tinha um cheiro desagradável - como fiquei apenas uma noite, nem comentei com a gerência nem solicitei providências. O café da manhã, embora tenha uma variedade enorme de alimentos, não tinha aquele gostinho de comida bem temperada. Provei um pedacinho de pamonha, uma tortinha de maçã e um pedaço de pão de milho e nada dava água na boca nem vontade de continuar comendo... Dei apenas uma mordida em cada e desisti. O restante que provei estava bom: ovos mexidos, molho, queijo coalho, suco de laranja, café.

Adorei as instalações, que são de bom gosto e aconchegantes. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Local repleto de objetos de decoração e arte local. Café da manhã delicioso, com experiência linda de ver diversos passarinhos em volta da área se alimentando também. Amei o restaurante do hotel, Roda D'água. Comida deliciosa.
