「Clean and quiet, and a convenient location. The studio layout was great, but the kitchen had nothing in it. No hair dryer, as most units have, and no extra blankets. Otherwise, easy check in and check out, friendly staff.」

「The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Good parking and an elevator will take you to the front door. The apartment was clean, well appointed, looked exactly like the photos, and pleasant. The beds were comfortable. We could have used an extra blanket. Everything was in working order. There was some road noise from College Street but nothing that would keep me from staying here again.This was a great place for the price and location.」

「The location was perfect for us to visit our grandchildren. Communication was excellent and the property was very nice.We will stay again when we come back to KC. Beware of the many steps up to the condo. It did not bother us at all but if you have mobility issues it could be a problem. We loved our stay!!」
