Welcome to our beautiful 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhome located in Lenexa! This spacious and thoughtfully designed home is perfect for couples, solo travelers, families and groups of up to 5.

Located on a quaint street in a very desirable subdivision which has multiple pools, tennis courts, basketball courts and walking trails. Lenexa is located only minutes away from Downtown KC, Westport, Country Club Plaza and easily accessible to cities of Overland Park, Shawnee and Olathe.



The Space:

KITCHEN: All the necessary supplies for preparing a quick meal for your loved ones is included. You'll have a complete set of dishes, pots and pans, and a wide range of cooking utensils. Additionally, there's a drip coffee maker available to energize you in the morning. Coffee grounds, creamer, and sugar are provided for your convenience.



DINING AREA: The dining room features a table that can accommodate six people, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or hosting board game nights.



LIVING ROOM: Not one but living spaces are available to relax and and unwind. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TVs.



BEDROOMS: Each bedroom offers a luxuriously comfortable beds with high-quality bedding akin to what you find in hotels. You may even experience a better night's sleep than you do at home. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with its own flat screen TV, allowing you to enjoy a movie from the comfort of your bed.

We provide one large bath towel and one washcloth per guest, as well as convenient dark makeup towels. Enjoy the bath products provided, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Another half bathroom is located in the home.





EXTERIOR:

Outside, you'll find a lovely fenced patio is perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The outdoor space is equipped with a grill and patio furniture, making it the perfect spot for a cookout or a relaxing afternoon in the sun.



SEASONAL COMMUNITY POOL:

The community swimming pools are seasonal. The pools are scheduled to open after Memorial Day and will remain open through the summer season, weather permitting. Availability may vary, and management reserves the right to adjust opening and closing dates as necessary.



PARKING:

Garage and Driveway Parking is available and can accommodate up to 2 cars.

The vicinity provides easy access to an array of attractions, including Sprint Center, Town Center shopping, Union Station, the Power & Light District, the Country Club Plaza, and the Lenexa Convention Center. Additionally, you'll find Cabela's, Legends Shopping, and the Kansas Speedway within reach. With its proximity to both I-35 and I-435, you'll enjoy excellent connectivity to the city's major thoroughfares.



Getting Around:

Plenty of parking here if you drive.Almost everything downtown KC has to offer will be at your doorstep. It's either walking distance or a $10-25 Uber ride from the our place.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.



Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways.





If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.





LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline and do additional screening for local reservations.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
