It was 10 o’clock at night. I did not expect them to respond until the next day however they responded immediately and had someone out there to fix it the next...

「Overall, we had an okay stay. The property felt safe, and the main living areas were surface-level clean upon arrival. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. The biggest concern was the bedding, as the sheets appeared dirty. We also noticed that the air vents throughout the property could use a thorough cleaning due to visible dust buildup. There were a few maintenance concerns as well, including a broken window in the primary bathroom and spray paint on one of the back...

"We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again."
