Everyone was welcoming and nice. The bartender, I believe his name was Nick? Made great drinks. The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay for New Years with our three kids. The location is perfect for snow tubing and skiing at Bosquet Mountain. Easy to get to downtown Lenox for all the restaurants and close to other towns. All the staff were very kind. We only had dinner at the restaurant and it was ok, the flat bread was delicious, my son loved the wings, but my chicken was very dry. There was a long wait time for food, they did give us the heads up. It seems like they are still working out the restaurant and flow of the kitchen. The bar is really nice and ambiance of the restaurant and club room. It would be nice if they added a mat in the room for snow boots and more hooks in the bathroom for wet skii clothes to hang. We look forward to going back again next winter.

Check in area was VERY cool. When we checked in the woman gave us our key quickly and was helpful. As soon was we walked into our room we could tell housekeeping hadn’t been there so the rooms were probably just marked incorrectly or something. We went back to the cool check in area and the woman who checked us in didn’t even want to look at us, and seemed annoyed. As soon as I showed her the pictures or the unmade beds, water bottles and towels everywhere, etc. she was fine and gave us a new room. The second time we went in that building she was not pleasant or friendly and frankly wanted us out of there… I’d also like to add that the smart TV remotes DO NOT WORK

Our room was spotless and cozy. I was very pleased to be able to control the temperature as I like to sleep in a cool room. The shower and sink products are lovely -- especially the moisturizer for cold weather skin. I cannot speak highly enough about the restaurant -- beautiful decor, delicious cocktails, amazing food, everything we ordered was great!

I think restaurant was good but they have very limited resources, we ordered dessert and they couldn’t bring it for more than 30 mins later on we were told that they will not be able to bring it for another 30 mins. When I asked how about just ice cream for my son, they couldn’t bring that either which is unreasonable for that price. Nice looking building but poorly managed

The room was in good condition but not to our expectations. The beds were full size not queen. The bathroom door closed but the lock did not work. We left on Saturday for the day. I requested at the lobby which was beautiful in the morning for the room to be cleaned, beds made, new towels, and toilet paper. We arrived back in the room after 9:30 pm and found that the beds were not freshly made, garbage cans full, no toilet paper and no new towels. This was very disappointing. We went back to the lobby. I let the gentleman know there what happened and that I was upset. Nick, at the time was behind the bar. He went out of his way to go the room to empty the trash cans, provide toilet paper and new towels. We appreciated what Nick did for us. I hope this review helps to ensure improvement is made.
