This beautiful and modern apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located in a characteristic farm, located just outside the well-known and centrally located village of Leogang, on the border between Salzburgerland and Tyrol, on the sunny side of the valley.
This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the farm and is very spacious but above all attractively furnished. It has 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed and 2 single beds), a large bathroom and a large living room with a modern open kitchen. On the southeast side there is a beautiful balcony from which you can enjoy the surrounding mountains. Next to the house there is a shared garden with play equipment.
In winter you can quickly take the free ski bus in approx. 600 m to the famous Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area, with 270 kilometers of slopes and the Nitro Snowpark, one of the largest ski areas in Austria. Of course, there are also plenty of outdoor activities for those who don't like skis, wonderfully cleared hiking trails, tobogganing, cross-country skiing - the trails lead right past the front door.
During the other seasons, Leogang and the immediate surroundings offer many outdoor activities for the active holidaymaker, but also for those seeking peace and quiet. In summer, the Sonnrain leisure facility in Leogang, the idyllic natural swimming lake Ritzensee or the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden offer lots of swimming fun!
