I really enjoyed my stay! I was not too sure about it, so I only booked one night! After staying there, we de used to extend our time here. It is very convenient! The rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming, and beds are super comfortable. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar! Andar, our bartender was great! The front office suggested we go try Las tias restaurant for lunch! We did, and we were super satisfied! Strongly recommend this place!

The property was very nice I loved the aesthetic. But the surrounding areas seemed pretty shady. Also the bathroom shower wasn’t very clean. There was dust and some dirt in and around the toilet and bathroom. And the bed was not comfortable at all.

Modern, clean, good location

Most modern and close to main attractions hotel we could find. The pool was more like a kiddie pool - shallow and no more than 12 people would be comfortable. The restaurant was out of most menu items when we went for dinner (only went bc it was raining). It makes me think that they don’t keep it stocked bc they aren’t busy. But the staff were great and really helpful! Overall, we’d stay again for the clean, modern rooms and proximity to the downtown area.

We stayed for a couple of days at Elena de Cobre celebrating my moms birthday!The staff at Elena de Cobre is amazing!! Aida the Manager was incredible!! She did everything to make our stay so great! The hotel is so beautiful and everything was very special!! Thank you for an awesome vacation!!

El personal es super atento. El hotel está muy bonito. Lo escogimos por ser Pet friendly. Trataron a nuestra mascota como un miembro más, le pusieron una cama y platitos para que estuviera cómodo. Las instalaciones son hermosas. La comida muy rica. El único comentario que tengo, es que las toallas están muy desgastadas.

ELENA de COBRE is a beautiful hotel. The restaurant is good but I personally enjoy a beer with my tacos and a glass of wine with my steak. There is no alcohol here. Also the room descriptions on Expedia and the hotels website are different so there's a chance you'll end up with a different room than expected.
