The hotel is not what they clames to be

We had problems with the TV control de First night. They went supposely to fix it several times, late at night an no Solutions. The towels were old. The have an amazing view from rooms hotel córners and the restaurant on the 15th floor. But the windows are súper dirty

Been using this property before and this time I noticed that it has been lock of maintenance on some areas like bathrooms with mildew in the shower. And dirty furniture at the lobby.
