The location was good to access the Polifirum but the lack of working ac made everything expectionaly wet due to the humidity and sleep was nearly impossible. We had 2 rooms and only one had working AC

This Hotel was a great solution to a problem with another one, and it was 8 minutes walking from the place I needed to be for three days. Very nice staff, cozy litle room which is pretty what me and my wife needed. We had parking, overall very nice.

Security and Location

The location is great. It is located in a secure area of a shopping center with its own parking area. Great restaurants within a few steps from hotel. The staff were very professional. Hotel has hardwood floors—no carpets, which are great when suffering any type of allergies. It is next to fair grounds and stadium. The hotel offers free continental Mexican breakfast which is basically a full breakfast. In the future, we will definitely stay at this location.

Disappointed that there was no hot water for the shower. I was not offered a different room or options. Aside from that, the room was clean, the hotel is nice and lots of restaurants around it.

Super noisy, especially if your room is facing the plaza where there is a bar with live music. The room walls are made of sheetrock, so if you have noisy neighbors good luck with that also. The room is fine, modern and clean but everything shakes because of the walls so thin, therefore I will not stay there next time I go to the WRC. I will stay in Fiesta Inn instead or Courtyard. Breakfast is ok at least they serve eggs, beans, coffee and fresh fruit.

Muy descuidado, las alfombras sucias y manchadas, la habitación al recibirla tenia bellos en el piso, al recibirla en el check Inn nos dieron la llave de una habitación que estaba ocupada, entramos y estaba las pertenencias de otro huésped, dimos el reporte y hubo cambio, mas tarde solicitaron nuevamente el cambio de habitación porque la que nos asignaron iba a estar en mantenimiento. El primer día no salió agua caliente para la regadera,

El hotel está bien, cómodo, con desayuno incluido. La calificación la pongo porque nos robaron unos aretes qué dejamos sobre la cómoda de la habitación, le avisamos al Gerente pero no pudo hacer mucho, que mal que haya personas deshonestas en su equipo. Así que si van mejor carguen sus objetos de valor para evitar este tipo de situaciones.
