“The room was clean but poorly maintained. We had a problem with plumbing but was promptly fixed. The faucet was loose and was not working. The water had a hard time dripping. I saw several house lizards and spiders. We had to change room.. We survived the bulldog noise the whole night.”

“We had a great time at Lazy Tiki. Philippe and Juliana welcomed us warmly and made our stay comfortable. The place is quiet and relaxing. The pool is nice and refreshing. their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available...
on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...”
