“Property was exactly what we were expecting from the listing. It was perfect for our family of four to get away for needed time together away from the normal. Beautiful setting on the marsh. Saw a ton of water birds, owls, and many bald eagle sightings (including three separate eagles at once). We went in January, and the highs were mid to low 30s. It was cold, as we expected it to be, but between layering up and the 4 separate plug in room heaters provided by the host, it was the right……

Very clean house, large updated kitchen, nice updated bathrooms, front porch for sitting and enjoying river views, and the neighbors waive when they drive by! Friendly community who is welcoming to short-term renters—had so many conversations with locals. Enjoyed the easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and pier. Rented a golf cart to get around which was so much fun! Really quiet area which was exactly what we wanted.Host……
