「lovely clean room & bathroom, nice amount of space, great having the nespresso coffee maker and kettle only thing is there was no milk so had to ask the hotel for milk and they provided powered milk in sachets.. so apart from that great the pool great and 3 hot rooms, 2 x saunas and 1 steam room behind the pool be wary parking at the hotel.. there are v.few spaces and they are up a tight ramp and the spaces hard to get in and out.. fine if youre just leaving the car there for your stay,...

Matthias en zijn werknemers bleven kalm, stelden ons gerust, en acties werden ondernomen! De volgende dag alles normaal, dit hotel is als ons tweede verblijf in Oostende, we voelen ons hier altijd zeer welkom!」

「De kamer was goed, de welness fantastisch. Ik had alleen niet gelezen dat je 25 euro extra moest betalen om te parkeren en dat je 16 euro pp betaal voor 3 uur welness en 13 euro pp voor een badjas pakket Het ciel dus duurder uit, maar we hebben zeker genoten van Hotel Astrid en het mooie Oostende 」
