「Extremely difficult and stressful check-in process that made very little sense and turned what should have been a simple arrival into a frustrating experience.
The host was also quite rude and made us feel as though our responsibility was to look after the apartment for the next guests rather than making us feel welcome. We were even told we should clean certain things for the next guests shortly after arriving, which was an odd and disappointing way to be greeted.
