The residence Sérac is situated in the Chatelet district. Direct access to the pistes and the ski lifts is possible via a path. Amenities include shops only 10m walking distance. The residence is ideally located (close to the Tueda lake) for hiking with rackets on and cross country skiing enthusiasts! Surface area : about 45 m². Floor -1. Orientation : South, South-West, West. Hall. Living room with BZ-sofa, DVD, radiator. Bedroom with shower, double bed (140x190). Cabin with pull-out bed, bunk bed. Kitchen with special heater to prepare La Raclette, coffee machine, oven, toaster, microwave, electric mixer, vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. 2 bathrooms. WC. Balcony with chair, table. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
