“We have had four family ski holidays staying at Madame Vacances Hotel Le Mottaret and we have always very much enjoyed our time here. The very helpful and friendly staff are excellent. The location of the hotel is right next to the slope just a 30 second stroll from the hotel entrance. “No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!”
