By booking this property, you enter the universe of Mountain Collection Real Estate, the major real estate agency network in the Alps. Experience a unique stay in one of our chalets or apartments within the largest French ski areas.

This chalet of 140 m2, with its fireplace, cosy living room and outdoor Nordic bath, has everything you need for a warm stay in the mountains. In addition, the large table and the open kitchen, dining area, creating a cosy space around the fireplace.
Entrance: Ski room with ski lockers and boot dryers.
Floor 0:
Living room with fireplace and sofa opening onto a south facing terrace
Open plan kitchen incorporated with 4 ceramic hob hotplates and extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
Floor -1:
Bedroom 1 en suite: a double bed, bathroom with italian shower and a basin, and a balcony.
Bedroom 2 en suite: two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub.
Separate WC.
Washing machine and dryer in a closet.
Floor 1:
Bedroom 3 en suite: a King Size double bed, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
Bedroom 4 en suite: 2 single beds and bathroom and WC.

Private parking is available just above the chalet for 3 cars.
All of our apartments have a Wi-Fi connection.
Linen, bed linen and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included.
The entire Mountain Collection Méribel team is here to organize your holidays: transfers, ski equipment rental, ski passes, ski lessons, home delivery of groceries, home delivery of breakfast, chef, well-being and all other feasible requests.

The Plateau district is located on the Courchevel side of the valley, above the town center, offering plenty of sunshine in the afternoons. Here you will find ski shops, a mini market, a bakery, a butcher and several restaurants and bars.

At the roundabout you will find the meeting point for ski lessons, and you will have direct access to the Doron slope. Note - this slope is accessible at different points in the neighborhood. Multiple stops serve the free town shuttle (Linge C).

Schlecht gepflegtes Chalet

Das Chalet liegt eigentlich sehr schön, die Liftanlagen sind gut erreichbar über den Linienbus oder auch zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Die Küche war bei unserer Übernahme extrem dreckig, das Chalet überhaupt nicht vorgeheizt. Einige Leuchten und die Toilettenbrille waren defekt. Im UG in den Zimmern roch es extrem nach Abwasser. Schade, eigentlich ein super schönes Chalet, das von der Verwaltung extrem schlecht gepflegt wird…
