Fully renovated in ancient wood style and very functional, with several and separate living spaces (2 real bedrooms with large closets and a double linving room), our apartment is very easy-to-live for families and/or groups of friends. Very sunny and without being overlooked, you’ll enjoy a cosy sofa as well as our large oak table for great convivial moments. When using high-end and modern equipments, you’ll feel at home !
All the apartment will be yours. A large ski box is available for you so that you can leave skis and shoes. Elevator. The building entrance has also been fully renovated in 2017 in ancient wood and stones. It is secured with a digicode.
During your stay, I'll be easily reachable (usually within 1 hour) if you need anything. In case of emergency, several people living in the neighborhood can be available.
The neighborhoud LE PLATEAU is well-known in Méribel and very looked for because it is quiet and easy-to-reach. All shops are immediately accessible by foot, including 2 lovely restaurants with excellent local specialties and 3 ski shops.
Only 200 meters away from the famous ROND-POINT DES PISTES, a strategic place to meet your friends, take some ski class (special slope for kids and beginners), go sledging securely or have a drink.
You are located above the village and can take advantage of the quiet romantic view on the mountains.
No need to drive once you get there !
A free car park is reserved for you, covered.
The building has a free shuttle bus stop right in front the entrance. Get on the bus MERIBUS (ligne C) towards "Belvedere", and get off when you see the flags of the stop PLATEAU (just before "ROND POINT DES PISTES").
End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory (see internal rules for more details).
Sheets and towels can be provided when requested, for 18€/person, to be paid when arriving and requested no later than 72h before your stay.
A baby bed can also be at your disposal for free upon request 1 week ahead.
Local taxes are included is the Airbnb fee. You will be asked to sign electronically the inventories and internal rules prior to check-in (through Docusign)
- No skis and/or ski shoes in the apartment
- Keep the music and noise down, especially after 22pm
- No overdrinking of alcohol;
- Smoking, illicit drugs and animals are not allowed;
- Maximum number of guest according to reservation;
- Cleaning fee end of stay is compulsory (75€);
- Linen package is optional, on request and to be paid 72h before arrival (18€/person)
