Catastrophique !Arrivée 19h vendredi : logement pas prêt !Draps et serviettes de toilette non changés, poubelles non vidées, produits de toilettes des locataires précédents encore là, pas de lumière à l'étage.Malgré de nombreux appels : à la conciergerie Boutik Services, à Hostnfly, à Abritel, à 21h aucune solution trouvée de relogement, tout le monde se renvoie la balle, et nous demande des photos. Malgré celles-ci, contraints par nos propres moyens de trouver à la hâte des chambres d'hôtel à Brides les Bains.A 22h plus personne chez HostnFly pour nous répondre, et se soucier du relogement de notre famille avec enfants.Toujours dans l'attente d'un remboursement, et d'un dédommagement substantielNB : Boutik Services indiqué comme "Définitivement fermé", 6 avis 1*, comment peuvent ils être mandatés par Abritel/Hostnfly ?
