Reasonable flat with great view

By Val Thorens standards, flat had good space - double bedroom, bunk bed, large lounge, two (tiny) wcs and two bathrooms with plenty of hanging and storage space. Lovely view across mountains. Theoretical ski out but path not suitable for beginners, otherwise 3 minute walk to slopes. Reasonably well equipped flat with dishwasher, microwave and electric hob. Communication from the agent was poor and problematic.

On the Vrbo inventory it stated washing machine, so we didn't bring too much clothes. The washer was broken, as stated on other sites, in French. The agency feels not responsible. Of course I'm not going to check French sites. I want compensation from Vrbo for this.
