This beautiful apartment has been designed to offer maximum comfort and practicality. It comprises a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a bunk bed, perfect for accommodating a family or group of friends. The entrance opens onto a bright living room, with a pull-out sofa bed that can be converted into an additional sleeping area. The living room also features a TV for well-deserved moments of relaxation after your active days.
The modern shower room is equipped with a walk-in shower, towel dryer and washing machine for maximum comfort. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals: dishwasher, large mini-oven, microwave, hooded hob and Tassimo coffee maker. For lovers of Savoyard cuisine, you'll also find a raclette and fondue machine, and a plancha. An iron with ironing board and hairdryer are also available for your convenience.
The apartment has a small front garden, where you can enjoy the fresh air and mountain views. Two parking spaces are available to park your cars, which is very convenient if you come by vehicle.
The surrounding area: The location of this flat is a real bonus for ski and mountain lovers. Located at the foot of the World Cup piste finish, you're just 40 metres from the descent and 100 metres from the Bellevue cable car and chairlift. With good snow conditions, you can even enjoy the sensation of skiing right up to your door! Nearby buses make it easy to get to Chamonix and the surrounding area.
