"it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels.
It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform.
In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above.
The place does not allow to walk with ski boots but we didn't get access to the boots area to store our skies and boots...
I was almost forgetting, broken shower indeed!

The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "Great layout of the apartment making it seem more spacious than its square footage might suggest. Quality appliances and recently refurbished to a high standard. Stunning view of the slopes with the gondola (to Folie Douce!), ski school, bus stop and the many convenient amenities of La Daille square right on your doorstep. Helpful concierge made our stay a breeze. Thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to make the most of Val d'Isere!"
