"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water...

""Excellent studio apartment for 2 or 4 very good friends. Presented spotlessly clean and well maintained. All amenities on your doorstep shops ski hire etc. Ski to/from the door to 3 valleys.""

Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

"Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

We arrived very late but communication was fantastic between Mme Audigier (owner) and the agent with regards to getting the keys! Big ski locker with room for all the boots and skis. "Amazing stay! The hotel is perfectly located right by the slopes, recently renovated with a cozy and modern feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dinner was delicious. A perfect spot for a ski holiday – we’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Really nice spacious chalet which is brilliantly equipped. We were 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space. Easy drive to the bottom of the slopes although there is the path which is an easy walk to/from the chalet which will take you to the chairlift (we didn't do this because of lack of snow). We did ski down one day and walked our skis up which was only a few minutes walk. We did also use the path to walk to the Preyerand lift which was really easy. Sauna is really nice and easy to use, boot locker and dryer is handy and plenty of parking shared with other chalets. Communication with Kris was good ahead of our stay and we did have a minor ant problem which Kris offered to take care of right away but we were shortly due to leave. Would definitely stay again. "

"All in all very good with closeness to the slopes and good restaurants as well as a Carrefour nearby. Because you are responsible for cleaning they should provide better cleaning supplies. The ones that were in the room was pretty much useless. (No suction in the vacuum cleaner) Would 100% stay again."
