The house is large and located in a quiet area. The furnishings are good and everything you need is there. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. One bedroom has a wonderful balcony that gets sun until the afternoon. I really enjoyed my stay! Upon arrival, I had to pay an additional 50 euros for final cleaning and 20 euros per person for towels and bed linen. Unfortunately, I couldn't find this information in the listing on the booking portal.

Maison calme et confortable à 5mn à pied du remblais

Chouette maison confortable et bien équipée située au calme au fond d'une ruelle tout en étant proche du remblais et des boutiques. Seule regret, le poele non utilisable (car plus aux normes) et le linge de lit et de toilette qui pourrait être fourni compte tenu du tarif de la locatiob

La communication avec Géraldine a été super réactive et très sympathique. La maison est très bien située, la cuisine bien équipée.Maryvone qui a fait l’état des lieux avec nous était très sympathique. L’escalier pour monter au premier étage est vraiment très raide.Il est noté dans l’annonce que se garer dans la rue est gratuit, malheureusement ce n’est plus le cas depuis 2023. 1h gratuite est offerte par la ville et de 9 heures à midi et de 15 heures à 18h, il faut payer pour se garer dans la rue.

Bon emplacement. Mais le ménage laissait franchement à désirer. Et surtout l'escalier menant à l'étage est dangereux. Monter avec une valise est difficile et descendre carrément dangereux . Bon contact avec la propriétaire. ..

Maison au Grain des Sables

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. C'est une ville magnifique. De nombreuses activités proposés. La maison est idéalement située, on s'y sent bien, très fonctionnelle, au calme, le top ! Nous la recommandons !!!

Très bon séjour dans une jolie maison.

Avec les enfants nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans cette maison. L'annonce et les photos correspondent tout à fait, elle est très bien aménagée et décorée, la literie est très confortable. Idéalement située car calme (point fort, j'y tenais) mais pourtant proche des commerces et de la plage ce qui est très pratique. Le contact avec les propriétaires est parfait, rien à redire je vous la conseille.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé de tres bonnes vacances ! La maison est jolie, et bien aménagée. Le lit de la chambre des parents bien confortable. Le poele est un plus pour les soirees d'automne ! A 5 minutes a pieds de la plage. Location de vélos électriques sur le Remblais, tres pratique ! Prévoir d'acheter du bois pour le poêle .

Logement très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au sables grâce à la location des grains de sables. Le logement et confortable et très bien équipé. Les hôtes on pris soin de soigner la décoration. La situation géographique du logement permet de profiter de la plage et des services de la ville. Je recommande vivement se logement.

Situation idéale

La location était très bien pour nous 5 mais la deuxième chambre aurait été plus confortable avec un vrai lit au niveau du sol plutôt qu'un canapé lit. (mezzanine inconfortable avec la chaleur) Nous étions dans une petite ruelle qui nous permettait de ne pas être sur la rue, assez passante. Nous avons apprécié la petite terrasse extérieure du rez de chaussée et les 2 toilettes. La plage est accessible à pied ainsi que la zone piétonne, ce qui est bien agréable.
