We booked this hotel because Expedia advertised it as a five-star hotel, and one of the reasons we considered it was air-conditioned. However, since arriving, the front desk staff has stated there is no air conditioning, which seems untrue as the lobby on the first floor felt like it was running. ...

Hotel de Roubaix
The location was very close to the metro, cafes and bars. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The dogs were a huge hit with our granddaughter. We definitely recommend Hotel de Roubaix.

Very good location, rooms are small but good enough for sleeping. Closed to the rails and walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Glad we stayed on this place.
