"The bar staff, waiters, cleaning personnel and bell man were very friendly. The ladies at behind the main desk were not friendly and to be honest always acted like they were annoyed you were there."

Waited 3 hours for mattress for sofa to be delivered. Dinner reservations made with front desk, and confirmed. Were actually Not made with the restaurant, and again we waited extended period. Hotel is Nice, service was terrible. "

Our room was cleaned daily, the food was good, the gym was sufficient for my use and I had a great time using the pool daily. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely revisit this resort. "

The hotel is located is situated in the capital which is a great and historic area with a nearby ferry, picturesque views, various activities and friendly, helpful locals.
