"Spent 4nights and it was beautiful close to beach great views. The only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant and bar closed early like 9pm so if u didn’t have food by then you will starve and if you did have food there was no microwave to heat the food up."

"This is my second time to Carina Bay. I really enjoy the resort, the rooms are a great size and were very clean. The only issues I had were with the main cheg, he had a bad attitude and was not serving food hot or good. The other chef she was amazing! The main transportation guy that the resort uses is very rude! I ended up finding outside transportation to use just so I wouldn't have to use him! Also, they need to keep track of their room mechanisms. The one to my room died and I was locked out of my room and they had to move me to another room. Other than that the rest of the staff was great, and the drinks were great as well."

"Resort and room were very clean, and the view from our room was great. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the property itself. Most of the staff seemed annoyed when we asked for simple things, whether it was ordering a mimosa at the bar or asking for ice in the Diamond Club lounge. This was something we experienced daily at the restaurants, lounge, and bars throughout the resort. Another disappointing issue was how often they were out of basic items. Three of the four days they were out of champagne for mimosas. I had to try three different bars before finally finding one that had it. Another day they were out of champagne, piña coladas, and strawberry daiquiris. It honestly felt like if you ordered something from the menu, there was a good chance they wouldn’t have it. The food truck was good, but even there the same issue happened. One day I ordered a cheeseburger and was simply told they were out of cheese. Then I ordered the chicken patty, and they were out of that too. It became frustrating because no alternatives or solutions were really offered. The same thing happened with the bourbon in the lounge. It was gone on day one, and every day afterward when we asked if more had come in, we were told it would be restocked that night. By day six when we left, it still had never been replenished. Overall, the resort itself was beautiful and clean, but the lack of inventory and the attitude from much of the staff took away from the experience."

"I had a great stay in the villa room! The room was, big, clean and nice. Water temp and pressure was great. Wonderful views and privacy! I did not like having to pass the cat family everyday but no biggie, they were chill. All around great experience and I will be booking again!"
