"Amazing and friendly staff and good quality amenities especially hair conditioner. I found this resort while walking along Kuta Beach and thought it looked amazing, so we decided to book one night to try it out. The slides and kids’ pool were a great feature, especially for families. However, during our stay, the pool water appeared cloudy, we noticed some bugs, and there was an odor that made us personally less comfortable using it."
