Could not fault the service or the accommodation provided. I had an issue with the lock (my issue as I was doing it wrong!) and had excellent communication to fix it. I would say check in with the accommodation holders ahead of time as it’s a self check in property and can be confusing

The spa shown in the first photo does not even belong to this property. It’s a random spa in the area that you have to pay extra for. For half of our stay, there was no hot water. If a place lists “full-service spa” and “indoor pool” in its amenities, those facilities should actually be on-site and ...
