Looks like the hotel is in transition. Needs quite a bit of tlc. Room was clean but very broken down and in bad condition. Bed was clean and comfortable. Coffee in room advertised but there wasn't any. Just one glass, one mug, one plate, no cutlery, no coffee, some sugar packets and a drip coffee maker. The whole place looks neglected

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The pictures you see on this site are not realistic at all!! Our room looked nothing like them. Positives-the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was really good. The staff was pleasant enough to talk to. The negatives-the room was run down with holes in the walls and a cracked mirror. There was no kleenex, no lightbub in the lamp, a coffee maker with no coffee fixings to make coffee. There was only one cup, which was a tin one. No drinking glasses at all. The tv remote's batteries were dead. I called the front desk to tell them about the batteries & no drinking glasses. She brought us glasses but no batteries. She said she'd get some batteries the next day. I told her she could just go into our room & replace them while we were gone. She didnt do that so we had to wait two days to get new ones which she gave us when I went into the office to ask about the wifi password. We had to leave two days early because of a family emergency. While checking out, I asked about a refund. The lady told me that I had to ask Expedia for the refund which is not true. After we left, I phoned them to tell them that they needed to refund us because we paid them not Expedia.The guy said he'd look into it and call me back. He never did. I had to call him back a few times. With each phone call he'd tell me that he'd look into it and then hang up. Finally he said that he'd refund us for one night but we never did get it. ☹️

Old motel with updated interior

Check in was super easy. Old motel but all are about the same in Fort MacLeod. Bed was good. Interior has been updated. But water pressure for my shower was very poor. And had to clear spider out before I could shower.

- The room I booked was not the room they had be stay in. - The office phone is broken and you can barely hear the front desk staff - The room / building is very run down and area around the property are sketchy - Overall extremely low quality hotel. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The room we were given was dirty and had dirty underwear and socks on the floor. When we spoke to the front desk they said it had been cleaned so we invited them up. They declined coming to see it and told us we had paid so it wasn’t their problem.

No clean towels,dirty microwave in room,room felt dirty as soon as we walked in. Cigarette butts all around the door or entrance to the room.couldnt take a shower due to dirty linens in the room. Very poor and dirty appearance of the building. I would discourage anyone from staying here

Bad rooms.

Do not book numbers 101 - 102 or 103.Unless you are a single man just passing through and need a bed for the night. Other rooms seem fine but nothing fancy. But thats what you can expect for the price. The rooms are clean. The Management is a wonderful woman and very helpful.
