Welcoming and clean building and room. Pool area was very inviting and many enjoyed the waterside. Entrance to the property was very rough however once inside parking was ideal. Breakfast was on time and hot and had many choices.

Our room was less than average for the money we paid. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The room and bathroom were small and cramped, the toilet paper was hard and cheep, no microwave and the pool was closed the first night with no explanation. (The reason why we stayed there)The staff did thd bare minimum, didnt appear to want to be there. It was worth half the price.

We accidentally booked a smoking room but figured it couldn’t be that bad. I knew the walls were going to be yellow and it would sell like smoke- however it was absolutely filthy. Nothing at all was clean. Hair in the sink, film on the tub, burn holes in the blankets, everything was covered in dirt. If I wasn’t so exhausted from driving I would have left immediately. I should have just left as we got little to no sleep as the smell in the room kept us up coughing all night. We even slept in our clothes so we wouldn’t touch the bedding with our skin or dirty our pajamas. Do yourself a favour, keep driving. Do not stay here!

The checkin and checkout desk staff were excellent: helpful about what's nearby, available at the property and extremely welcoming to the property and city as a whole. The breakfast was tasty and served hot and fresh. The room was clean but the bath towels need replacement as does the shower curtain, it was fraying and torn. The bathtub needs a refresh - it was peeling. Location is great location as lots of food places nearby.

This is an older property but served the purpose we needed it for. The breakfast was better than I expected. The hot tub was nice and hot. Didn't try the pool. The room was small but serviceable. The price was right for what we needed it for - a one night stop on a trip.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was actually pretty good! I was shockingly surprised how good this was for a 2 star hotel. Would definitely recommend again!

The cleanliness of our room could have been much better. We found stained sheets and duvet covers, brown smears on the bathroom door and the bathtub was outdated and dirty. There was hair in the tub and in the bathroom. We found the phone not working, the air conditioner non functional, and had to ask for help with why outlets weren’t working to charge devices, only to find certain light switches needed to be on in order for them to function. Breakfast was fine, and better than nothing, but having it closed at 9 for any of the warm items meant having to set an alarm to get up to partake. That’s a first world problem though. The vote from our room was lovely, my kids enjoyed the pool for a short bit but then didn’t want to shower more than once in that tub, so didn’t get much use out of the pool in the end. Our room was incredibly warm, even after turning the heat off hours before bedtime. That’s when we discovered the air conditioning wasn’t operational (and windows had no screens, so I opted out of leaving the window open). We chose to check out in the middle of the night on our last night and head home early given our inability to sleep comfortably. This motel could use some serious upgrades and a hand in cleanliness in the future. Staff was willing and helpful, but unfortunately we won’t be back to this location.
