Staff were excellent. Our room had three beds- all three had stained bedding on the top blanket. Outer door did not seem secure- had to nearly slam shut to ensure it stayed closed. Pool was good for the kids and the hot tub very nice. Beautiful view impeded by very dirty windows-inside and out. Based on the photos we were expecting something more. Did appreciate the kitchen area- that was good for our larger family and to be able to store a few snacks and groceries that required refrigeration.

A great stay for an affordable price. Traveling with six people can be tricky; most hotel rooms will not accommodate all together. I booked a room with 2 queens and a set of bunk beds. On arrival, the front desk offered me another room he thought may be more suitable, considering the older age of my children, for the same price. This room was a double room, with 3 beds and a kitchenette. The hotel is dated, towels aren't super new or fluffy. But the space was nice, the pool was great for the kids, and the hot breakfast was appreciated. Staff was fantastic.

Staff was kind and friendly. Free breakfast was limited for choices and healthy options. 1st room door didn’t close and smelt like dog pee. 2nd room was clean till you close bathroom door to find housekeeping didn’t take all the dirty towels. We stay for 3 days housekeeping never took out the garbage or make all 3 beds last bed just kinda threw blankets on bed had to go get toilet paper they couldn’t even leave extra in the room. Housekeeping staff sucked. Front desk were amazing to deal with and the pool area was clean
