“The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use. There was an awful smell on……

“A beautiful, quaint and clean apartment walking distance from the delights of Leura Village. The booking team were very prompt in their support. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you!”

“Great walkable location to Leura Mall. Adorable place with all the comforts of home. We only had one night to stay but really enjoyed the home. The beds were very comfy and had electric blankets to keep us warm. Be aware that both upstairs and downstairs are rented out so you may be booked next to another party.”

“Happy with property, comfy beds, nice, renovated bathroom. Had everything we needed. Nice and clean. Good location walking distance to the mall. The negative was the Stayz app. The links didn't work when trying to book and same again when trying to check in. No fault of the property or host. Will think twice before using Stayz app again.”

“Check in found to be cumbersome. Need reservation number . A bit clunky. But ok in the end. Awaiting security deposit back.”

“The room is clean. It’s located in a retirement village and the location is peaceful. Unfortunately there is a pool motor behind the room which makes a noise 24 hours a day. As soon as you step in the room you can hear the motor noise. The noise seems to be coming through the walls and you can’t get away from it unless you go outside, where you can’t hear it. If you want peace and quiet inside the room, and to sleep, don’t stay here. We were booked into East and the company moved us to……

“整個度假村非常美麗，讓人有放鬆的感覺。設備有些老舊，但還維持得不錯。廚房的整潔不太好，油污佈滿了爐台和地板。”

“Great little house. So close to the bus then a train to Leura for the Spring festival. House was just perfect. Old style cottage, great heating for a cold October. Thank you for a great place to stay for our 3 nights. So close to the sights and easy to access them all by bus”
