Ignore the free parking offered by the hotel. There are only maybe 6 spaces on a road layby in front of the hotel. You will need to use the underground parking which is 24 euros /day. And this will charge everytime you take your car in and out

The room was a nice size, and the beds were comfortable. When we arrived at 2 pm for check-in, they told us it would be another hour -- the hotel was fully booked, and housekeeping had gotten behind. But they were able to let us in at 2:30 pm, so it really wasn't too bad -- they were very apologetic. It's a short walk to the train station and bus station, and Oude Markt and Grote Markt are about a 20-minute walk. (You can also take one of the city buses for 2 euro -- but I'm not sure how late or frequently they run. There's a restaurant and bar at the hotel, and it is essentially next door to the Stella Artois brewery, if you're interested in doing a tour there. Overall, my husband, son, and I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Helaas ditmaal bij Novotel een minder goede ervaring gehad. Bij aankomst in de kamer zat er nog toiletpapier en bruin water in het toilet, niet heel smakelijk. De badkamer was niet schoon en achterstallig onderhoud. Bij het uitchecken was de receptioniste te druk bezig met het bellen naar vrienden om mij fatsoenlijk te woord te staan. Het eten was wel prima.

Wir als Familie waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten eine erholsame Nacht. Das war uns wichtig, da wir auf eine Europatour waren und uns die Erholung in dem Sinne sehr wichtig war. Die Betten waren bequem. Besser wäre, dass man anstatt ein einfaches Gästebett ein Einzelbett neben dem Doppelbett stellt. Denn die Übernachtung ist nicht gerade günstig. Parkplätze gibt es genug. Was nicht so schön war, war dass wir an der Rezeption für das Check-in lange warten mussten. Ansonsten gerne wieder!

Dejlig hotel tæt på byen, dog lidt slidt nogen steder. Kunne godt trænge til en lille update. Men ellers fin hyggelig bar hvor man også kunne få lidt lækkert mad. Og pæne værelser.
