La struttura è nel centro storico, vicino ai negozi questo è positivo. Necessità di sostituzione di arredi(materassino lettino esterno, divano e microonde), zona cucina e salotto un po’ umido. Bella la camera con affaccio sul giardino che da la possibilità di mangiare esternamente.

Das Schlafzimmer mit angeschlossener Terrasse und kleinem Garten ist schön. Jedoch entsprach die Mittlere Etage mit Sofa und Schrank nicht den Fotos. Die Decke auf dem Sofa war sehr alt und schmutzig. Der Teppich dort auch verschmutzt und alt und gruselig gemustert.Bei Ankunft haben wir einen stark muffigen Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit wahrgenommen. Dieser verflog zwar durch dauerhaftes Lüften, aber es gab offensichtlich ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem im Bad. Dort trat aus dem Boden oder unter dem Waschbecken Wasser aus. Aus diesem Grunde hatte man eine Trocknungsmaschine im Bad und oben auf der Zwischenetage aufgehängt. Diese Geräte springen ständig an zwecks Trocknung.Sie geben Wärme ab und sind relativ laut. Niemand hat uns darüber informiert, dass es diese Problematik gibt. Insgesamt wurden wir schlecht informiert bzgl. Z.B Müllentsorgung etc. Es ist ganz nett, stimmt jedoch in Preis/ Leistung unserer Meinung nach gar nicht. Für 180 am Tag erwarten wir etwas mehr. Ein Preisnachlass wegen des Feuchtigkeitsproblems wäre sehr kundenfreundlich gewesen, lieber hat man gar nicht darüber gesprochen. Hinzukommt das von dem Preis wahrscheinlich 2 Agenturen vor Ort profitiert haben. Schade, Levanto finden wir toll und kommen sicher nochmal dort hin, jedoch nicht in diese App.

Ferien mit Hund

Ich habe Ende September / Anfang Oktober mit meinen beiden mittelgrossen Hunden die Cinque Terre erkundet. Die Unterkunft im Apartement Mario war für uns perfekt. Den komplett eingezäunten Garten haben wir sehr geschätz und genossen. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal. Jeweils ein paar Minuten Gehen bis zum Bahnhof und auch bis zum Meer. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und der Kontakt zum Team war auch im Vorfeld problemlos. Sobald ich wieder die Gelegenheit habe, in die Region Cinque Terre zu kommen (ich hoffe bald), werde ich MARIO wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Ho trascorso l'ultima settimana di agosto nell'appartamento "Mario", ho trovato la casa pulita e ordinata, dotata di tutto l'occorrente. È in ottima posizione, vicino al centro, alle spiagge e alla stazione. Il giardino è abbastanza grande e il mio cane, un setter inglese, ha molto apprezzato.
