No it did not overlook the beach. The pool is in the parking lot and very small and uninviting. Terrible. Beach is not good for swimming at all.

Costa Bahia Hotel Paseo Caribe
The room had a great view; however, the floor was very slippery. I reported it to the front desk and they immediately took care of it. The property is close to restaurants and historical places.
