Dirty House!

While the home itself is beautiful and sits in a newer neighborhood, I was terribly disappointed with the cleanliness, especially in a pandemic! I was encouraged by the online write-up of the property and even the picture of the cleaning product, but the house was not clean. It seems as though someone left the house in a hurry and every room was dirty and the pantry, laundry room and garage were unkempt. The living room furniture and bar stools were covered in deep, dark stains. And by dirty I mean, crumbs, stains, smells, people hair and mold/mildew in one of the master bathrooms. The managers of the property were unresponsive (to this day) regarding my concerns at the lack of cleanliness. I will not rent this house again, nor can I recommend it to anyone.

Nice but wouldn’t go back

Beautiful home, but lots of lights were burned out and dead flies near the windows showed it isn’t cleaned as thoroughly as it says. Check in sat at 4 and by 10am Friday doesn’t allow for a full weekend therefore wouldn’t stay again.

Nice house and a wonderful community. Bring pot holders as they are not supplied. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great family get away!

Great size home, near to beaches, shopping, dining. The club house was great with the pools, hot tub, food and games. The only qualms I had were that for a group of 8, there wasn't quite enough silverware. We had to wash dishes after each meal. Also, if you have short legs, a lot of the furniture is hard to get in and out of. (Note to owner: there is a large beehive in the front bushes you might want to remove). We did enjoy our stay and would definitely go back again. Thanks for a great week!

“ Fun times at the Beach”

Property was beautiful and very roomy especially with children. Loved the pool area! Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Would have liked a deck or patio however this would not deter us from renting again.

June Lewes DE Trip

Property was fabulous and spacious enough for the 7 of us....4 adults, 1 teen and 2 children. The club house with multiple pools, restaurant, billiards and ping pong was our kids favorite thing to do. It was a steep price paying $75 per person for the week but frankly worth it. The swim up bar and restaurant were very nice. We thought the food quality was outstanding. The drive to Lewes Beach, Henlopen Beach was no more than 15 minutes. The restaurants in Lewes and the surrounding area were very good as well. We really enjoyed sitting out by the dock at The WheelHouse. Our only negative aspects of the trip were the drawers upon check in were not clean and then it would have been nice to have the backyard with either a deck or hardscaping....as currently you need to be on the grass to use the bbq/fire pit. We will highly consider return visit!

Great house

Wonderful vacation! The house was huge, and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable, actually all the furniture was fantastic. The property was excellent. The kids loved the waterslides, and we were thrilled that it was gated. The food and swim up bar were nice touches as well. Communication with the property manager was also fantastic. We would definitely rebook here!

Lovely place, lovely location

This rental was just as nice in person as it is in the pictures. It is also in a great location. The development has a cape cod feel and is so cute. It was easy to get everywhere. We went to the Lewes beach multiple times and it took only 10-15 minutes to get there. There were also plenty of grocery stores nearby and lots of restaurants that delivered. I stayed here with my husband, our two toddlers, my sister and my dad. There was plenty of room for all of us and we didn't even use the upstairs loft. Neighbors were also friendly and welcoming.
