Beautiful historic place to stay, situated in a picture postcard village. We loved staying here and found it very practical given we were in the area for a music festival. The room was very comfortable, amenities very good and the staff were extremely helpful in helping us check in early! Breakfast is made fresh for each guest when they book breakfast and the pub's setting is lovely with all the original features of the coaching inn. We stayed during some very hot days so had to have the windows open at night which was fine for us as we were not on the ground floor (the room did have a fan which was useful although its power was not the strongest). It was a great stay and we will definitely be staying here again when back in the area.
