「Clean and good breakfast」

「The price was by far the best feature. The room did not contain a wastebasket. There was a TV on the wall but no sign of a controller to operate it. The air conditioner was very noisy. There were clean towels and a bar of soap, that was nice.」

「The room wasn’t very clean. The floor was sticky in between the beds. The bathroom sink had stuff stuck to it. The pool was tiny and not overly clean. Very outdated building. Could use a good cleaning and some updating.」

「It's location is terrible as it is between 2 very busy streets the traffic noise was terrible until after 11pm and started again shortly after 6am . I would not stay there again for half the price.」

「Only stayed one night as we travelled from Glacier to Yellowstone, but really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, the lobby has a lot of character for a chain hotel, parking was a breeze, and our room had a door that opened to the indoor pool which was perfect for the kids. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Helena, MT.」

「Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Everything felt dirty. We have a service dog, and we were charged a pet fee anyway.」

Originally, I called the hotel’s direct reservation line to book a room. Agent told me there was only one room available and it would be $400. I had looked on Expedia and saw the same room for $300.
