“Nikki was a terrific host, she was spot on with everything. The home was adorable, pictures did not do it justice. I was in Kentucky because my brother needed heart surgery. His surgery got canceled and rescheduled for the next day. That left me in a bind for a place to stay with my dogs. Nikki was a life saver. I recommend you tryout this cute home away from home 100%”

“Very nice small tree house. It was nice for my short stay.”

“Very spacious area. Rooms, bathroom, kitchen was clean. Living room was peaceful at night. Easy access to everything in town.”

“Very clean and cozy little spot. We loved the open area kitchen dining and Living room great for hanging out, eating meals, playing cards or whatever you want to do. Very close to everything. Quiet little dead end street. Perfect place for a couple nights in Owensboro!! The host was awesome and very responsive. Provided some snacks and some really good coffee!!!”

“We had an excellent stay! Place was nice and homey, well decorated and perfectly clean! Host was on top of making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to Holiday World or Lincoln State Park!”

“Extremely well-maintained property stocked with everything you could need. Host was accessible and very helpful.”

“We were kept informed by the host and even checked on us a couple times to make sure everything was good. This property worked out so well for us with two bedrooms for two couples and having the kitchen and living room to stretch out in. It was so much better then hotel rooms. For us the location was great with family only a couple minutes away. We will definitely check on availability when visiting again.”

“The property was clean and cool in the midst of a heat wave in Indiana. I was not prepared for the step in/out bathroom, step within the bathroom, and the step between the bedroom and the Livingroom/kitchen area. I ended up putting a kitchen chair near the step in/ out bedroom to Livingroom. The host had installed small running lights beneath each step but still difficult in the day as this transition is not typical. It would be helpful to describe the step transition as part of the overall……

“My extended family really enjoyed our stay at this property. There are many touches that make this a great place to stay including a playroom with ton of games, a fully stocked coffee/tea bar, several newer TVs with all the apps you could want, a phone and electronics charging station, a Britta filter in the fridge, and plenty of extra supplies if you should need more to or paper towels. The host has truly catered to the guest. The beds are comfy and the AC kept up with the current brutal heat……

“Was very nice clean and host was great”

“Everyone and everything at Downtown Dream was fantastic. Thank you, Mike & Christy. They took care of all of our needs fast and with the utmost kindness. The property was great and in the exact location to fill all our needs. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us to hang out but get alone time if needed. We will definitely be staying there again. ”

“The home was very clean and the host was quick to answer any questions I had. My daughter had a volleyball tournament in Owensboro and the house was cheaper than a hotel! I will forever be thankful that the Lord placed this home on my options. It was beautiful and a great place to stay! 1000/10 recommend.”
