Clean enough, quiet enough. Bed was firm but a good sleep. Everything was good until the maid came, i told her i would stay until check out, an hour later she walked right in on me naked! No knocking, no announcing herself!

I have severe allergies, so I used lysol wipes to remove excess dust and lysol spray to disinfect pillows. Allergies didn't flare. Bed was comfortable, good rate for room, excellent place for people with limited expectations. Drapes need replaced, carpet stained, chairs needs steam cleaned.

This hotel is being managed by the hotel across the very large parking lot. They are not doing a good job, and the front desk workers at the "much bigger and nicer hotel" are rude. They have a note on the door, but if other guests hold the door open for you it is very easy to miss. There was no staff on the premises our entire stay until we were leaving, there was a maintenance worker who seemed nice. The hotel room itself was very well cleaned, and the beds were very comfortable but there were no towels in the bathroom. I saw other people online mention bedbugs but I saw absolutely no signs of that. It is just being very poorly managed.

Check in was awful, had to walk across a huge parking lot with luggage to another hotel then walk all the way back with luggage to check ourselves in with no one on duty. No elevator for rooms on second floor had to haul our luggage up flights of stairs. Poorly maintained, curtains in room had several holes in them, lampshades had tears, microwave light blinked off and on during microwave waving. There was a large brown spot on the carpet near the door and there was an ironing board with no iron. There was one tiny bar of soap for three people and no one at front desk to ask unless we wanted to walk across the very large parking lot to the other hotel to ask in person. As there was no phone in the room no service at any type. Hotel looked temporary like it was part of a strip mall and had a paper sign with signs on the front door, saying sorry for the inconvenience. You have to walk all the way across to the other hotel at the far end of the parking lot to check-in. It was horrible. Shame on Expedia for having them on their list, it was the highest priced hotel of our trip and I believe we were gouged because of local college graduations feel as if we should be given a complete refund. Do not stay here!!!
