「The listing advertised free breakfast. There was no breakfast. The microwave was broken. There was an ironing board in the room but no iron. There was no drinking cup in the room. The shower curtain was moldy. The faucet needs an aerator (water shot out of the sink). There was a half roll of toilet paper, no spare.
The heater worked, the mattress was fine, staff was pleasant.」

「Confirmed staff was standing outside watching and we placed a do not disturb sign on the door due to me working at night and sleeping during the day. Staff threatened not to rent to me anymore due to the disturbed sign and cigarette butts and a McDonald's bag left on the other side of the counter. It felt like we were in a prison camp. Horrible experience」
