“The room key didn’t work because the lock was broken. The room was filthy. Hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest left. The sheets hadn’t been changed since there was hair and dirt in them. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after weeks of use. I cleaned it myself. The walls had dirt and splatter marks. There was food in the fridge. The light for the sink area had a flickering dim bulb = no light you can see from. Thick dust everywhere. There was no “breakfast” as advertised. We……

“The room was absolutely disgusting. The shower did not work. I turned on the bathtub, but then when I tried to turn on the shower, it did not come out of the showerhead that was rust all over the toilet you could tell the building is old and needs to be redone.. you had people running upstairs all night long so I was up all night because I couldn’t go to sleep with all the noise from above me this was the worst thing I ever had and I will never come back as soon as I checked in they were rude as……

“I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After ringing the bell, calling out, and knocking on the window, I waited about 10 minutes before someone finally came out. The staff member who assisted me was not very professional.
