From check-in to check-out the staff was super friendly & courteous. The lady that checked us in was a great front line, 1st impression person. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels...absolutely no complaints. Breakfast had something for everyone & there was plenty of it. Again, the lady who was over-seeing the breakfast area was super pleasant. Great stay!

Good stay

Everyone was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The tub needed to be updated. Quality of breakfast could be improved. We would definitely stay there again.

I was at this hotel for a swim meet. It was very convenient. They keep bottled water behind the front desk for guests. The coffee all day and free breakfast were also very convenient. There’s also a nice snack selection for purchase. Would def. stay here again.

Serviced its purpose. Staff were friendly upon check in and check out. Breakfast was included but I didn’t want it at the time. Cleanliness was 4/5 as there were some hairs in the tub. Pool was enjoyable outside.

Fast, friendly and clean!

Super quick and friendly check in. Our room did not have the sofa bed we booked so it was quickly changed with no issue. Room was clean. I could not find an extra pillow or blanket for the pull out but minor inconvenience as I had an extra blanket and used the pillows from the chair. Was only staying one night so not a big deal. Breakfast was great, my kids enjoyed it as well. Great overall experience, would definitely book here again.

Humid in Lexington Park

The hotel itself was fine; it was clean and nice. Our particular room however, wasn't the best room we've stayed in. The air conditioner was working but it wasn't really blowing cold air. Of course this would be on a late night when it was 100 all day. So it was very uncomfortable humid in our room. I would have asked for a change of room but it was almost midnight and I had a sleeping child with me. Also, the door to the room wasn't closing without me having to lift it and practically slam it. I guess the hinge was coming loose off the frame? So aside from being uncomfortable humid and warm, the bed itself was comfortable. The couch was comfortable. The tv worked fine, it had a fridge and we took advantage of the breakfast offered in the morning. We would stay again but we would check in earlier to avoid this happening again. That way if something like this did happen, I wouldn't be exhausted to ask for a room change.
