「Excelente hotel, moderno, limpio y muy buen servicio」

「Mi primera vez y ha sido una experiencia inolvidable.」

「It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio」

「房間與服務都很經緻的旅館，四週環境優美。」

「熱情的員工, 優秀山景, 空氣好, 交通略有不便, 吃飯要下山才好找. 洗衣機對旅遊客來說是個加分.」

「I would have given a higher rating, but the communication with the hotel on how to get there were very challenging, we had to argue for a lake view room which we booked. 「We were warmly received by Donatella and her daughter, Francesca. Donatella was very gracious and created marvelous treats for breakfast. Her homemade apple strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Francesca was amazing and helped us coordinate ferry schedules, dinner reservations, and activities. The setting is gorgeous and idyllic. Truly a unique and fabulous stay.」
