「No pool」

「I would choose this property again for convenience. However, the stay was average. Furnishings are traditional, but adequate. Some aspects of room needs updating. Due to Electrical Grid issues, power outages occasional, but this is universal in Monrovia. Breakfast was good. I did not use any amenities. 」

「I did not visit the gym so I can’t speak on that but the African style breakfast was good and fresh but a little more variety and choices of food would go a long way.」

「The staff were excellent — warm, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The property and lodges are clean and well kept. It sits quietly entrenched in nature with an authentic tropical vibe and plenty of hidden gems to explore. The tours were fantastic, drawing on a beautifully preserved natural environment that feels truly untouched while unearthing some really great historical finds from the early 20th century. 「The first room I was given was deplorable. The TV and satellite (SATCON) did not work. They said they were going to fix it but never did. I was transferred to another room which was much better. However the shower faucet was broken. The positive aspect about this place is the river view. The rate is low so you cannot expect much. Only one towel is provided and the room is not cleaned daily. 」
