Looked like she was the only person keeping up with the buffet which was a busy place with all the construction workers from a nearby project. I would recommend this hotel. “Very clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Only negative is bathroom is small with zero counter space but room was big. Comfortable bed and great pillows. ”

“Our room was very clean. The bathroom could have used a good deep clean. The grout and bath tub was a little grimy. Our pillows were not comfortable. They barely had anything in them. Breakfast was yummy. The sausages were not warm enough. The coffee cups were very cheap and the lids did not fit. I took a drink and it spilled all over my shirt. The staff was friendly but not anything spectacular. We would recommend this place.”

“We had a great stay. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean. Urine on the toilet when we arrived and used soap and shampoo left in the shower. And the table in the main room had something sticky all over it. Otherwise, great location and excellent staff for check in. ”

“Easy check-in and room was ready. Room was clean, comfortable, and the mini-kitchen is nice. Breakfast options were extremely poor (I would rate it 1 star-worse options I have ever seen) and the staff was so loud. It's early in the am, I don't want to hear about your work/life, etc. It's probably because the breakfast space is right in the entrance and is small and cramped. Overall good and I would stay again.”

She saw in our faces that something was off and she took the time to ensure my family was okay. She uplifted our spirits and because of her, when we return to Lynchburg, we will be staying at this location.”
