「Lilly at the front desk was very professional & helpful. This is my 4th time staying at this location. The only issues that I had is there needs to be better lighting at the bathroom sink. When checking out I believe the young man name was Tai or Taj professional and nice. 」

「The breakfasts were wonderful, and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very polite and helpful. Only issue I had was for a few days one of the two elevators were out of service due to tile work being done on the lobby floor. A minor inconvenience, but made many elevator rides more packed. Would absolutely stay again though.」

「What a beautiful room, with some upgrades that made our stay absolutely delightful! The one-of-a-kind artwork, the walk-in shower, the noise machine, the well stocked refrigerator, chocolates on the bed, along with clear instructions on how to operate the TV and the Nespresso machine were greatly appreciated. House slippers, clothing steamer, and 10x mirror were surprises that were also greatly appreciated. I don't travel much, so maybe these extras are what most travelers take for granted. I...
