In the scenic idealistic neighborhood of Gåshaga, is this modern villa perfect for families and those looking for a quiet place to call home temporarily. The villa has 4 bed rooms, 1 dedicated work room, 1 storage room, a large kitchen and dining room. The lounge is in the heart of the house with a fireplace - perfect to unwind.

The villa has a pool (8x4 sq.m), a sauna and enough storage. With a sun deck all around the house and sun throughout the day, this place is your own resort.

The neighbourhood has a grocery store about 800m away, a tram station about 850m away and enough boat places. Overlooking the Baltic sea, you get gorgeous views from the master bedroom and the 2 balconies on the top floor.
